The Cook and the Chef

The Cook and the Chef was a pioneering food/lifestyle show which ran for four seasons and gained unprecedented ratings for the ABC in its timeslot. Max worked on all four seasons of the show, helping to develop the concept and deliver around 40 episodes per year. Working primarily as a Segment Producer, Max filmed all around Australia and did pre-edits on the kitchen component of the show, as well as supervising final edits and post production.

Max directed and produced Maggie Beer’s Christmas Feast, which managed the unusual feat of winning its timeslot for the ABC. It continues to screen annually on Foxtel.
